It costs you nothing to have your aircraft listed with our service. We pay for all the advertising and you only pay a very low commission when it's sold.

The Norwood airfield is a 185 acre, fully functional private airfield, owned and operated exclusively by The Aircraft Exchange, that is dedicated exclusively to the sale of aircraft. It has a 3000ft (soon to be 4000ft) runway. If you wish, you can simply park your aircraft, give us the keys, and let us sell your aircraft. Potential buyers can fly in, inspect your aircraft, and effect their purchase on the spot with our on-site Sales staff. We even have trained aviation maintenance staff available to assist buyers and sellers with inspections, support staff to help them with financing, insurance, escrow, ferrying, and anything else they may need to complete the purchase.

We have full-time, on-site staff, whose sole job is to ensure that your listing is given maximum exposure on the Internet. Your aircraft appears not only on the main site, but also on many satellite and partnered advertising sites, both those exclusive to The Aircraft Exchange, and those of our vast network of Sales Agents & Co-Brokers throughout North America and the world. Your aircraft can also be placed in the traditional industry print publications, giving you a complete marketing package and putting you in contact with those who are actively looking for what you have to offer.

Preparing the Sales Agreement: Immediately upon receiving an offer, one of our experienced sales staff will contact you and submit the offer to you. We will then work aggressively with you to complete the sale, including preparing the final sales agreement for your signature.

Preparing the Bill of Sale: Our experienced customer service representatives will assist you in preparing the formal Bill of Sale.

Payment Process: We will assist you in obtaining the services of an Escrow Agent, to handle the transfer of funds.
